It's very easy to customize your iPhone or iPad application icons using iCustom !
You just have to go on the unique iCustom configuration page and follow the instructions.
You will be able here to choose an iOS application or website shortcut, configure it, and of course choose the icon you want to have on your home screen to launch this iOS application.
